Recipe for Cheesy Chocolate Chip Cookies

Cooking is my enjoyable past time. It is relaxing, though tiring too, but it creates kinda therapeutic atmosphere amidst my hectic schedule.
Here's my first attempt at baking cookies, using pre-mix flour, nonetheless. But I added a special touch by sprinkling a generous amount of melted cheese into the dough. Makes it yummier!!! Hehmm...

So here're the ingredients:
1. Flour mix ( I use Chesa brand)
2. Sugar mix (sugar powder)
3. Chocolate chips
4. Olive oil
5. Easy Melt cheese
6. Egg yolk (2)
7. Butter

And the steps:
First, whisk the butter and olive oil for 1-2 minutes using speed number 1 or 2, until it looks smooth and soft.

Then add sugar mix, whisk again. use the spatula when necessary to ensure a thorough blend.

After that, put in flour mix. Hand blend until all the mixture is mixed thoroughly.

Next comes the shaved easy melt cheese. Or you can use other kind of cheese as preferred, such as edam or cheddar. Chunks are fine.

When that's done, here's the fun part. Shape the cookie dough into any shape you like. Well, for me it's the common thick cookie blob. And of course, sprinkle with generous amount of chocolate chips.
Meanwhile, prepare the oven into 170 degree celcius for about 5 mins. Then put the pan into the oven. The tricky part is to make sure the cookies do not burn. Check regularly and change the setting for heat if necessary.

And, voila. warm cookies available. Best served with cold milk. Happy cooking everyone! ;D
